The 2017 Bank of America Women Business Owner Spotlight has shed light on the thoughts, predictions and work lives of businesswomen in the US. The study of more than 1,000 business owners shows that women are feeling optimistic about the next 20 years – 61% believe women’s wages will be equal to or greater than men’s and 66% predict that there will be more women-owned small business than men-owned.

The results of the survey were presented by Bank of America’s managing director and head of small business, Sharon Miller, who said: “According to this year’s report, the rules of business are changing, and women entrepreneurs are at the forefront of the transformation.”
